What is it about?
Sustainable and socially oriented entrepreneurship can open up career paths that contribute to sustainable development. Teachers play a key role in whether young people get to know these paths during career orientation. How can (future) teachers be prepared to take on this role?
Goals
- Develop a train-the-trainer module for teacher education and in-service teacher training
- Produce a didactic handbook as accompanying material
- Develop a methods kit for use in school lessons
Approach
The project addresses students in teacher education for general and vocational education with a career-orientation focus, as well as practising teachers in in-service training. Sustainability entrepreneurs, existing start-ups and (future) teachers are involved in a participatory way. The project is anchored in the Hamburg Metropolitan Region, which serves as a model region for linking science, business and education in sustainable entrepreneurship.
Partners
- Sustainability entrepreneurs and start-ups from the Hamburg Metropolitan RegionInvolved in a participatory way
